Anyone running a 15x8/4.5 BS with Mickey ET Street 275/50-15 Drg Radials on a GN? If so, how do they fit? Do they look ok? Any feedback or pics would be appreciated. Thanks

i have 275/50/15 bfg on 15x8 with 3.75 bs and only have about a finger space between tire and frame. i don't think you'll have room with 4.5bs

I have 15x8 with 4.5 pro stars with 275/60-15 BFG Drag Radials. Had to use a 5/16" wheel spacer to clear the frame. I can't clear any wider without rolling the lip of the wheel well and going with a 3.5" BS. They tuck under just right.

I have 15X8 Pro Stars with 3.5 BS.
My tires are MT 275/60/15s.
I have at least an inch to the frame rail, the fender is meh...
I can post pictures tomorrow if anyone wants them.

I have the same. 15x8 with 3.75 bs and use a 1/4" spacer. MT 275/60/15's and its close, but it works. I also have Eibach's Pro kit springs which dropped it.

I used to run some Centerlines with a 4 5/8 BS. I had to roll the fender lip. Minor rub on the frame during cornering. This was with Hoosier QuickTimes. 275/60 tire size.

Edit: I just remembered the wheel was a 15X9. Results should be the same. Yeah Centerline had some funky wheels back in the 80's. I'll post a pic later.

I'm interested as I will be buying a set for slicks. Just curious how it sits.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

Sorry for the delay.
Here are the pictures:
After I took the pictures I reinstalled the finder trim.
The trim is hitting on big turns.
I will have to trim the trim back.
Wow, that is more trim than I have had in ages!!!

Your welcome man! Getting the right offset for these cars is key, but tricky. Once you get it right, you cant beat the look!

Old School Wheels

Here are some pics of the way my GN look way back in the early 90's. Those are Centerline "X" wheels. 15X7.5 on the front and 15X9 with a 4 5/8 BS on the back. Rear tires are 275/60 Hoosier Quicktimes.

I do remember those! There was an 87 Iroc Z with some running around back in the day. Back when those wheels and Cragar SS/T's were new
