M mikestertwo Well-Known Member Joined Sep 13, 2006 Apr 7, 2013 #2 The barb fitting is broken off but it won't hurt anything. There was originally a foam filter that attached to a barb fitting in that spot. That is the vent on the solenoid for the wastegate.
