To view the documents you need to have the Adobe Acrobat reader. It's a free download.
There seems to be a problem with the State's website. If you can't open the documents off of the State's website correctly, you can right click on the link, use the "Save Target As" option, and save the file to your harddrive. Then open the document off of your harddrive. The biggest file is about 1.3 megs .... so I hope you have RoadRunner.
Based on what I've been reading on this forum, the State's website documents may not be the most up-to-date anyways, so it may not be worth the trouble to download them even if you have RoadRunner.
The State Legislature is trying to make Honolulu's recon rules the standard for all of the outer Islands.
