Anyone into or like antique trains?

I picked up a 1948 Marx O-scale #999 with all the cars in the original box tonight. Everything was there unbroke and working. Even the light! They knew how to make stuff back in the day and it is still going strong! Everything is solid and highly functional compared to todays stuff.
I plan on cleaning it up and selling it if anyone is interested. I don't collect them but thought it was cool seeing it in this consignment shop as they are rare finds so I picked it up. If not I will throw it on E-Bay to see what it fetches. Would go nice around the X-mas tree though.

Wow, that's quite a find. Congrats on the purchase! I'm not really well versed on collectible trains, but I would hold onto that one.
