Ive had a couple of plate # run years ago.A PI can do it .Or if ur tight w/a/cop.I mean real tight.They get caught its their job.If u know someone that works for the state dept of human resources,welfare.places like that.

Well the fire department already broke into my place when I was on vacation because they were at the wrong address so I make sure to lock my windows not too. Fuckers didn't leave a note or anything. I got home and immediately started sweating because I thought someone robbed my place. Refused to pay for the repairs too. Told me to take it up with the people at the correct address

Some DMV's will run a tag for a fee. LEO's can no longer do it as everything is tracked for privacy reasons. An LEO cannot even use the emergency contact number for anything other than specific reasons.
