antenna adaptor

i have a 1986 gn. i would like to put a latter model radio in it. i found an identical latter model radio but it has a smaller antenna input. searched all over and cant find (large)86 female that will plug into existing antenna to latter model, (small) male adaptor that will plug into new radio. if you know of such adaptor please give model number and where to purchase. thanks
