. i run a 200psi sensor but generally im in the 135 range

What 200 psi sensor do you use? Where did you get it? I have four 3-AN nipples on my little custom alky manifold. Two of them feed the dual nozzles, one has a gauge on it for under hood testing, the last one is capped for future use. This last one I would like to use for a pressure sensor. I guess I could use a AN/NPT adapter for the sensor. Take a look up close below on my firewall. Do you think this would work?

im running a sensor off ebay from a local guy , (renbusen) 1/8 npt .5-4.5v out, 200psi ,5v input was like 25 bucks , meth doesnt like them but they are cheap
they will also work on powerlogger
heres one

Thanks Paul. I'll buy spares. When they go bad do they leak or do they just stop working/read incorrectly?

OK, I have logging set up. Pressure 5 is Alky 38lbs at 20lbs of boost? Is that normal?

check the sensor setting at 20# boost should be over 100psi
heres my86gn on a weak pump dual nozzle, gain at 5 boost at ..boost 25

alky 86gn.jpg

Changed the setting to the only other pressure setting and now it reads 70lbs or 2 volts on a 0-5volt 300psig sensor.
I would think that 2.5 volts should = 150psi
Not sure how to adjust from there. I see the offsets but do think I need anything there.

i grabbed the wrong file , that was murphsters low 9 pass new pump dialed back a little
this is screen shot of my 86 9.7's with an older pump , not leaking but weaker, since replaced
gain 5 twin m10 nozzles, volt booster

Sensors work .5-4.5
Meaning you have a 4 volt swing on a 5v sensor.
So if you get 75 psi per volt, and see 2volts.. 1 volt is 75, 1/2 volt is 37= 110 psi pressure at 20 psi boost.. whats the issue?

Found a leak on the outlet side of the pump by inspecting immediately after driving.
Just talked to you about a new pump.
