Alky + 7th injector?

I have a buddy that has a fairly well build 87 T (with side markers!) that has a FM, 42.5 injectors, 63 turbo, and a 55lb 7th, dual intank pumps etc. The guy doesn't race the car even though it has a roll bar. He wants to put alky on the car, but is concerned about the 7th injector being in the way. Will the alky damage the 7th injector? He doesn't want to spend the money right now on 55's, modified ecm installation etc.

He just wants to know if he can install an alky system with the current setup, and if it will effect the 7th injector. Will the spray from the alky come in contact with the spray from the 7th and cause problems?

He should have no problems. I run alcy and a 7th injector and have been doing it for over 4 years. I have to ad though that I use an ATR 7th. If your friend has the old style where the 7th injector is on the up-pipe then I would have to say I don't know.

I think he has the ATR unit. It injects right before the TB and looks like a pretty nice unit.
