I just installed a new bosch afpr and if i set it to 45 psi line off and then reconnect the vacuum line it shows around 38 psi at idle and normal driving not using boost. I always see on here what pressure should be line off but never really see what it should be when reconnected?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

That's fine...you'll see about a 6 to 7 PSI drop when the vacuum line is reconnected...

Do you have a vacuum/boost gauge? It should drop by the amount of vacuum your motor pulls at idle...

so it loks like it sould be right then. 45 line off should be roughly 38 line on. Jut wanted to be sure. I know my old setup was at 45-6 with line hooked up but that was with a 108 chip and 23 lbs boost. right now i have erics 93 chip and lowered the boost.
