For those of you looking for hose options when upgrading to the Aeroquip braided stainless hose with a rubber lining I thought this might be helpful.
I talked with the performance division @ 888-258-0222 ext #4 and I was told the AQP hose is good with E85 up to 100 degree F and for short burst upto 140 degrees. Beyond that the E85 causes the rubber line to deteriote. This is probably the case with most steel braided hoses with rubber lining.
As many of you already know, teflon is the preferred hose if going after market hose when burning E85.
The only reason I posted this was because it seems I have seen a lot of post saying it's ok to run the stock fuel lines which have rubber at the tank and then rubber from the frame to the fuel rail. I think that is a definite no no especially if it is original.
