Aeroquip aqp blue 6an socketless

I would like to use this hose as a fuel line ,will i have problems with fuel leaching to the surface of the hose and smelling up my car and garage..turbo GN with red armstrong twin pumps ...ANY HELP APPRECATED

I used Aeroquip socketless AN fittings on my external oil cooler and two of the four ends had slight leaks requiring a hose clamp to fix. I'd be worried with fuel but I'm guessing others have had good luck with them.

You say you used the aeroquip fittings ,but did you use the aeroquip socketless hose and did you use a lubricant to install the fittings??????

Aeroquip socketless hose and some lubricant. Used the writeup that was floating around on TBs.com and others.

Socketless hose is NOT fuel rated. Most guys are using TFE hose for fuel these days. The aftermarket is working on a new hose material to solve this problem, but have yet to see it out there. There was a write up in Hot Rod mag a few months ago. Performance Fuel Hoses - Hot Rod Magazine
