? about system in 87 grand national

Im new to the grand national world,just bought my first one and love it.im a big car audio guy. my question is, is there anything i need to know about installing a high ampage system in the car as far as it messing up the computer system, car has alot of go fast goodies on it,scanmaster,alky injection, car has a bigger alt on it already i just dont want to mess anything up

i had phoenix gold high current amps in mine with no problems. just make sure all your grounds are good and use appropriate size power cable. make sure you got a good battery and alternator also. hth
