Any ideas for improved cooling without losing front mount intercooler?

Do you have dual fans? I have a front mount, aluminum radiator and the dual fans. It doesn't run hot even in the summer with the AC on.

how's the airflow thru the radiator core?
when does it overheat? when going down the road, which indicates a problm getting airflow thru the rad core- or when it's parked and idling, which indicates that the fans aren't pulling like they should.
and, how hot is "hot"? anything under 200 or so isn't worth worrying about.

Make sure you still have the rubber baffles on each side of the radiator core. It forces the incoming air to go through the radiator instead of around the sides. Mine ran 5-10 degrees hotter on the freeway without them.
