7004r filter in a 2004r?

Ok, so now that I am learning more about my 2004r I read the info about using a different filter and pickup for it.

Anyone give some more info to a tranny newbie?

I have the stock 2004r pan, and a new 2004r filter. Filled to the full mark on the dipstick.

What else can I do to keep from having it be sucked dry during hard acceleration?

You can fill 1qt. over full mark.
