400 Turbo Trans question

Guys that have used a 400 turbo do you use the factory first gear ratio 242 or another ratio?? What about powerglides?? Anyone use a powerglide?? They are cheaper,stronger and take less to rotate but only 2 gears. Trans guys what do you think??

373 gear is in the car, 29.5x10.5 tire, stage2 motor with 88 or bigger turbo may use nitrous spool assist?? Converter not sure yet? Not sure what else I could tell you.
