4.1=3.8 turbo crank

ALL cranks have rolled fillets on the main journals. Compare them to the rod journals. If it's a turbo crank, the rod's will look just like the mains.

How much work is it to swap the 3.8 out and a 4.1 into the GN? I wanna look at all my options if I do in fact have to rebuild my engine. What would the cost of a swap be compared to a rebuild of the 3.8? Thanks.
