3800 Series II/III N/A Engine mod

After replacing lower/upper intake gaskets too many times on series II engines
and finally good lower gaskets available,I got an idea. I used a 2005 Series III
upper intake(aluminum) and GM lower int. gaskets.I had to make an adapter
for the 3-bolt t-body that a Series II engine uses. I installed this in my wifes
MC SS on Aug. 3 2009. I wanted it to pass the test of time before posting.

many of those aluminum intakes on series 2 engines , very popular with the guys that convert from sc to turbo to choose that intake over the plastic one for boost

Hi, I am looking for 3800 series 2 engine for my Nissan car. I searched some sites for this but prices seems little higher than what I expected or told. Any reference for cheap engine parts.
