Here is the deal. I bought a set of these used from a friend for 50 bucks. He was using the Lucas 42.5 injectors. They fit fine in his car, so I assumed that these will fit fine in mine. Well, I was talking to a friend who has some of the LS1 injectors that he plans to run on a stealth ram, and he said that they are shorter than the older factory ones. I noticed that the LS1 injectors he had looked like the ones from the gtp. Well, I checked, and they are the same length, which appears to be shorter than the injectors that the older cars used by a slight amount. I was wondering if anyone knows if these will still seal, or has used them. I am sure I could shorten the spot where the fuel rail bolts down, and they would, but I am not going to do that because I will probably have to go up in injector size again in the future.
If anyone knows please let me know, otherwise, I am just going to try them and see if they seal.
