2-3 bindup

I've always had a 2-3 upshift bindup on a very light throttle cruise conidition.
It's something that I thought I would try to fix if I could. It doesn't do it if I'm accellerating normally but if I back off slightly on the throttle right before the 2-3 shift it will buck back and forth like it's wanting to change but doesn't.
My band may be a little tight? It's about 1/8 of travel and I use a light spring with a white stripe on it.

I have the tranny out anyway so I thought I would try to fix it.

How prominent it is and when. I would like to speak to you about this. Rather than post a ton of stuff and waste time posting when it may or may not apply to you, let's talk about it first then proceed. Alot of it has to do with "shift timing".
