2.1 scanmaster readings

Last summer I bought this car and started putting in some new parts, I bought a FMIC, hotwire kit, and have been trying to tune the car. I started it up after having it stored for a while and noticed its running a little rough.

I adjusted my fp to 43lb but from what I read it seemed like some of these numbers were pretty far off. If so any suggestion?

I took it out after storing and got on it for a second, not even WOT and was seeing knock? I bought some race gas to see if that helps but haven't tried yet, I figured I would see you what you guys say.

I don't see any numbers that are off too badly, not enough to cause runnning issues that is. The AF (air flow) is a little lower than it should be, the ideal value should be 6. This could indicate a possible badly calibrated MAF.

That's good, do you have any suggestions on things I need in order to run race gas. I was thinking I put on only1500 miles a year that was a good idea.
