S stickybones What? Joined Dec 27, 2001 Jun 21, 2004 #2 For the front 16x8, I'd recommend somewhere in the 3.75 to 4.00 inch backspace. For the rear 16x8, I'd recommend somewhere in the 3.50 to 3.75 inch backspace to fill the wheelwell nicely. My opinion is that 16x8 is fine especially for a 255 tire.
