No wreck or fire on this car, so I guess I will try and figure out what is going on and repair it.

I am having strange light and wiring issues, so I was wondering has anyone ever rewired there Buick? Not for racing but for street use with something like a painless kit? On an car this old would it be easier to rewire or try and repair.
