What turbo would work for a 4.6 ford?

Put a PT6176 with .68 A/R if you want a real street vehicle, with mild manners, and not much track time, if you want a racier 4.6L street/strip, we have used PT6776 Ball Bearing with .81 A/R, that will make good power, PM me for more info!

    Cometic's leaking

I used Felpro MLS on the Ford stuff, but I have used Cometics as well. On the multi-layer gaskets, I use copper coat, and spray it in between the layers, and on the top and bottom, just like a copper head gasket. We let it get tacky, then install it and torque. Havent had much problems over past...

Bolt stuck in DP/turnbine exhaust housing

You may have to drill it and use an ez-out to get it off there, like you would do on exhaust manifold studs.

Center Housing Rotating Assembly = CHRA The turbo minus the Exhaust housing and the compressor cover. You can reuse those from the old turbo. Dan

    rebuilding from limit or precision..

You can get a CHRA from Precision and be done with it, probably the best way to go if you just want a stock turbo.

    weld-in cages...quick questions?

I put an S&W 10 Point in a Mustang, not too bad, but their notching needs to be re-done. Had to do a lot with a hand grinder to get the tubes to fit right. The term "pre-notched" leaves a lot to be desired. If you're welding Mild Steel with a Mig, you can fill in some of the voids, however with...
