checked trans gears they are correct. on MPH it reads 35 at 70 MPH reads 35 MPH on scan master switching to KPH it reads 55 at 70. what should i look for??? confusing?? any help would be appreciated

a little info first......my first 200r4(BRF) was not shifting correctly . I had bowtie overdrives rebuild it they said the case was trashed and put together a universal case 200r4 with billet servo, 10 vane pump, extra clutches etc. it worked for a short time. Then it started having issues...

I have an 85 with 87 change over the alternator went out one parts guy says I have the wrong one for my car should be 90amp mine on case has 108amp.... I said I want 120 amp said they won't Warranty part due to incorrect applicationat this point iI don't care just want correct part...

i have an 85 Gn digital dash... i had the casper upgrade when it was fixed... when i bought the car it had 4:11 gears.... i installed 3:42 gear now the issue... digital dash reads 30-32 MPH at 65 and reads 58 KPH at 65 scan master reads 30MPH at 65 also .... how do i change to get digital...

power window stopped working, took door apart took motor out tested it ...it worked... reinstalled, worked for up and down 3 times..... un plugged switch plugged back in worked for a few times not sure if its motor or switch how do i test to be sure which to replace...TIA

finally got around to installing DP...after some adjusting got to really get after it and do some hard driving... the car feels slower doesnt pull as hard barely spining tires suggestions???? mods are JE pistons steel center caps 212/212 flat tappet, 009 inj, rjc plate,340 pump hotwired...

put motor back together with new camshaft, wouldn't start, checked and checked... found out i bent the sensor ring on balancer:eek: it hit the crank sensor but didn't break it. (think that is my no start problem) Need another balancer does anyone know of where i can find one thanks:biggrin:

i am seeing what kind of interest i can get. 85 GN with 87 drive train. new casper wiring harness. motor has flat camshaft ported heads.... (heads taken off because i thought i had blown HG, it wasn't.) Steel center caps, JE pistons, kenne bell deep pan, turbonetics stage 3 turbo,walbro...

among other problems with my car just found out the camshaft wiped a lope, Kenne belle cam with about 10k miles. Did a search but came up with generic info for a 206/206 cam, Would that a be a good cam for my set up? where would i get one? .... also budget limits to a flat tappet cam ...
