The problem started last year when it was inspection time which made me fail....But someone told me to block the vaccum line to the canister by the front lights...That made it stop until recently and now it puts it right on the ground again if it idles. I only have the return line hooked up...

I am ordering a chip for precision turbo and on that sheet it asks about WOT conveter lock-up. Would it be better to have it lock at wot or have it set to lock at a mph. If so what mph would be ideal for a daily driver?? thanks Scott
