This car looks great. But I have a couple of questions about the mods. Why is there a 4,000 stall for a GT61? I thought 3200 was all that was needed for a 61???? A 4,000 stall seems better suited for a 70GTQ or bigger. Also, what hard parts are in the "heavily modified" transmission? Any billet...

I have a bad MAF on my GN. I have a Max Effort chip. I do not want to go MAFless just yet. At least I heard on a street car the ME-R had some issues with leaning out. Besides going to ME-r what options do I have. Can I use the Lt1 MAF and a translator? TIA

I have not seen an 85, but on the 86/87, this does not even come close to being as highh as the intake. Plus it is angled a little sideways out of the valve cover. Let me know by tomorrow what you want to do.

I have not seen the one JC sells. The filter is about an inch tall and 2.5 inches wide. It is in like new condition.

It has a K&N Filter on the breather. I would say the Billet piece is about 2 inches tall. my85, you have first dibs. Let me know if you want it.

Thanks. That was only 18lbs of boost and 0 boost launch. I have put on a dump pipe and plan to run 20-21lbs on 100 ocatne. I am racing the car again this weekend. I hope to be below 12.50

I will post a video from Route 66 dragway of my 89TTA vs 01SS. Both cars are not bone stock but close.

I live about 10 minutes from this guy. If you look at the drivers seat, the side bolster is trashed. Maybe I will take a look at it.

Does that come with actuator?
