Didn't consider just getting a used elbow... Still need to get the existing setup off the car first tho. I'll look into that once I get the old turbo off the car.

Car isn't insured/registered or in any shape to move right now. So bringing it somewhere isn't an option yet. I may try to remove it at the downpipe, then try bringing it somewhere to remove the elbow from the turbo...

They're the bolts which actually bolt into the exhaust bell of the turbocharger... There are 4 of them now that I see it (looking at the TA-49 that's been a paperweight on my computer desk for the past month). The bolts hold what I can best describe as an elbow to the turbo, which the downpipe...
Mainly cos I haven't been able to install it yet. Problem is, there are 3 bolts on the passenger side of the turbo, 2 of them snapped. The turbo there is shot, so unless someone passes on an idea other than drilling the things out, I guess that's what I will have to do.
On a related note...
One of Bambi's cousins decided to get revenge on me last night for the death of their father 2 years ago, and did a somersault over the hood of my Dodge Neon. I need a new/used hood, and a new headlamp. My first problem is that I am having one HELL of a time trying to locate used parts for...
No way to make the bumper come out farther, I'm going to remove the grille again and see where I messed up. I'm pretty sure of what I need to do to get the grille flush with the bumper. You can tell from the pics that the grille isn't quite at the right angle.

I was fiddling around with that silver piece the other day and couldn't quite figure out where the heck it was supposed to go now. I remember it being mounted to the bumper reinforcement. I saw an ordinary Regal on the way in to work today and noticed that the base of the grill just about came...
I was fiddling with the two bolts on top of the grille that hold it to the car, Maybe I just need to get them to go a little farther forward... I'll check it out this afternoon. I've got some pics up where the gap can sort of be seen at my website...
Finally had to improvise. For the past few months I've had a horrendous time trying to replace a bit of the rear brake line that terminates at a crossmember above the rear axle. I didn't have the original line, so I've been forced to wing it. It finally dawned on me... Amazing what can be...
For the time being (read: until it's registered and roadworthy) I'm going to keep the fiberglass front bumper on my '86 T Type. I just finished putting all the different parts back onto it that I've gotten recently and it just about looks like a Regal again. Just curious though, with just the...
Haven't checked...probably doesn't have anything that powerful on it since its a NA 4-cylinder.. Just wanted to point out that Bosch is a lot more common than just european imports... Now that i've got the question in my head tho I'm going to check.

All that's well and good, but let me sum up the situation...
Car sat behind my friend's house for 3 years waiting to be fixed up. Prior to that, the last owner was a kid who opened the thing up and hit something, the power scared him, thus the car was 'given' to the guy I bought it from...
Right now I'm looking to run stock boost levels, or as close to them as possible. I also have a new set of green-stripes waiting to be installed once the weather decides to act like it is spring again.
