Turbonetics told me because it has a blue backplate that its an older straight shaft that they dont make anymore but without taking it apart & measuring the wheels i would not know what it is. i dont really want to do that tho. its supposedly a cheetah 4 but i think the ports are too small to be...
i talked to Turbonetics tech support as well but no help there, he wasnt very friendly either. he did say with it having a blue back plate that means its a older straight shaft type which they dont make anymore, that ddnt help me none tho..
it has a Blue back plate, the intercooler snout outlet is 2" & the side port that ties to the cold air pipe is 2 & 3/4". im not sure where it was originally purchased from.
Ok i just got my hands on a Turbonetics turbo with 2 diffrent waste gates & i am trying to figure out what size this thing is and which wastegate to use with it. i dont know how to post photos on here so im gonna post the numbers from the hot & cold side of the turbo to see if anyone can make...
i guess my question is the 295/55 too tall? did it look fat? id love to score a 27.5" tall tire but it dont exist in a drag radial so 295/55 is my pick. thoughts??
is anyone running this wheel/tire combo - 295/55 drag radials on 8.5" weld draglites w/ 3.5" backspacing? im currently running nitto 275/50 but im thinkin they are too short & i have alot of gap between the tire top & the wheel well lip. i want to fill it up & i want 295/50 but they are...
it has been ran from the switch for about 6 years now with no issues other than me not realizing it was only running on low speed.. What is the proper way to use a switch as for as how to wire it?
So i got it to run on hi speed by doing away with the resistor all together & connecting the on/off switch wire inside of the car to the bottom fan terminal along with the middle blk/pink wire from the cars wiring plug & wahlah its on hi speed whenever i turn it on from i side of the car!
Ok this exactly how the wires are ran so if something is a miss someone please let me know how to straighten it out.. Ok so the plug from the car that leads to the resistor is wired like this ( all blk wire from plug goes to the top terminal on the fan motor, the blk/pink wire goes to the top of...
Also what u call the (fan power wire) comes from a switch i have inside the car & i believe i have it connected to the bottom DS of the resistor. should it be moved to the top of the resistor for hi speed power supply?
