2 Birds in , 23 lb & 17 lb . Had to start the bigger one 1 hr sooner than it's partner . Stuffing & candied sweet potatoes made and ready to bake with fresh spiced cranberry sauce cooking on the stove top right now . Sam.

I've got two 13# turkeys going now. I do turkey, cornbread suffing, mashed potatoes and gravy.......the rest is up to everyone else. The breast down that you've got going works well to keep it moist.

I have the pleasure of doing it all , except for appetizers , just to much to list !! That's how I always do my turkeys , keeps them juicy . I like to cook and MY kitchen cost as much as my first house !! Sam
