I believe the baked potato in the White House started again last week or there about to drain the SPR again,
which has never been lower. Plus with people "slowly" waking up to the fact the country and world are in dire financial straights
may be the cause. Perhaps also to factor in that the refiners are finishing switching over to the summer blend of gasoline.
