What Actuator is this

Is this a HD or standard Actuator for my TA49,

I have been told if it ends with 144 it is a H.D. but that does not mean it is for a ta or a te, however the ta can be modified for the te style turbo. I have both a standard which does not end in 144 and a H.D. that does, and when you pull on each ones rod there is a big difference. The rod is much harder to move with the H.D. actuator. I do not know what sounds worse pulling or yanking the rod, or for some which sounds better.

Thanks, I was also told via PM that it was a HD. I personally like to yank on it.

I am not sure but both of mine are H.D. and end in 144.
