Upgrading rear brakes and cylinders question

Just thought i would follow up on this ; I wedged a small piece of wood just big enough to keep it from moving in between the axle and the wheel cylinder , then the bastard clip slid on like butter with only one flathead screwdriver...

I understand that S10 wheel cylinders will bolt right on , my ? is if I go to AutoZone what year model S10 do I ask for and Can you buy all long shoes for our cars at local places ? Thanks Keith

Simple, just ask for a 1987 Buick Regal with a 3.8 Turbo engine, if that's too hard, then ask for part # W37625
It also helps out alot if you have this Brake Retainer Tool

3 different parts to choose from.

What are the differences? Which is best? I have aluminum drums, stock shoes, and wilwood front brakes.

You want the MANUAL brake wheel cylinder.

Was able to find them local for same day pickup @ oreily's #WC37644 7/8 bore, $15 each. Little more expensive vs online but dont have to wait for delivery. I'll have them for this weekend to install. Amazon had them for $10 but wait on shipping 6-7 days, same with ebay.
