Update on my stroker ta engine build

Changed some things over the winter looking for 8s now lol its never enough. Precision gen2 7675pt cea ,RJC 5 inch down pipe into a RJC 4 inch single shot exhaust,RJC big front mount intercooler, the new boost leash. I will be back to the dyno with Cal Hartline for some tuning then drag strip I will keep you updated wish me luck my buick friends. [emoji6]

Any reason why you went bigger on the turbo?

The 6870 would have gotten me where I want to go but I like to overdo it a little bit so I have some playroom

Did you cut the ta headers and add the v band flange ?

Yes cut off the 3 bolt flange and welded v band

nice. do you have any pics. of the header after the v band and gate was added.

this was on a engine in my shop that I used for mock up. I don't have a good picture of the tubing welded to the header for the wast gate.

Nice!! You might want to relocate that alky reservoir to the trunk. I have that same downpipe and alky reservoir. When driving around, I noticed when I popped the lid on the res that the alky was actually boiling. You could see it bubbling through the plastic reservoir. Last year I relocated it in the trunk.
