Wait a minute.......STOP.

If your serious about owning one of these cars, and your enthusiastic, and you realize how special it can become to you. And if you have some general mechanical skills, and some general knowledge about cars. And when you look at this thing you feel all warm and fuzzy because you think Buick designed it just for you. And you understand that owning one (especially with 133 thousand miles on it) will require years of passion and financial output. And you understand you will feud with the women in your life and they may end up leaving you. And you friends will begin to move on and leave you behind.

Then meet some people just like yourself and make some friend here on the board before you do a single thing. Don't even change the spark plugs. Don't even change the oil .........As a matter of fact.....don't even put gas in it !

If this isn't you......sell it as a parts car. Because I promise you, this is the life ahead if you keep it.

White smoke= all cars on a cool morning. Sometimes a blown head gasket too.

Blue smoke often is oil burning. Many people call this white smoke, a pet peeve of mine. Think of a 2 stroke engine the smoke is blue.

Black smoke is pig rich unburned fuel.
