Turbo suggestion/info

Ok im looking at picking up a GT4088R turbo from a friend and need to know if any one has ran one or is running one and how the handle.
This one has a 1.06 AR
Does anyone know what is a good AR to run? Is that one to big?

If its a mostly stock car, that exhaust ar is huge. Lag city.

Let me rephrase that, if your engine isn't breathing like a low 9 second motor that is huge.

.63 is stock for comparison.

If I am reading the number right, isn't that a huge turbine to spool? Its going to very lagy especially with a a 1.06 a/r.

Ok thats what I was looking for the stock number. This turbo is in a rx7 and I can buy a different AR

That's way too big...you should consider 6262 6266 or if youwant something with size 6766...the 67 wheelhas been high 8s....62 wheels are amazing for 10.5 and higher...4088 is a bit of a monstrosity and would get you your ass handed to you by a stock turbo setup
