I have the same issue. I even have a spare speedometer to use for parts. Anyone?
This place supposedly does great work repairing gauge clusters but if they could do it I don't know
Maybe, especially if someone had all the parts needing to be replaced.

This shop repaired ny TTA odometer about 5 years ago..
I called him (Andrew), really nice guy. He said 50/50 chance after I explained everything to him.
I had called Atlanta Speedometer about 1 year ago and he knew exactly what the issue was. When I called him (Josh) now he said he was not able to do it because of part unavailability.

You can try this place. They fixed my digital dash about 8-10 years ago. They’ve been in business a long time.
