Transmission inspection question

If you look at the following thread you can see I had a crank failure which took out the block. The block around the rear main was blown apart, so it put a fair amount of stress on the torque converter. Flywheel was thrusted toward the trans and the flywheel is bent. Anyway to do an inspection at home to see if it damaged the transmission? Thanks.

Yep, but it is going to require disassembly and some measuring tools. With the bent flex plate the torque converter was off center so the seal is probably fubar.

Thanks. Pump is damaged too. Will have to get the trans checked out. I will get the engine done first then talk to Dave for the transmission. Will be down for awhile.
