Translator Plus with Log file

Just installed an original Translator Plus on the car tonight. Not sure if I got the dip switches correct on the box. Car started up rough and not wanting to idle. I didn't install the est wire. Noticed my o2 sensor wasn't jumping around when it was before the install. Car is dead stock including the chip and injectors. Please see the log file and pic of the dip switch's
