I couldn't agree more. He has a few very very close 2nds and lost them because of minor discrepencies on the last race. I think Martin really deserve a championship for everything he has done and shown his ability to race from the day he started and stayed up with even the young guys even as he's retiring. Almost all of the other good drivers from a while back got really horrible before they retired (Darrel Waltrip, Ken Shrader, Bill Elliot even though he started to make a comeback then left, and more).
