This is my old turbo. The car went 11.20's at 24 lbs. of boost. Pulls very hard.

It is a 60mm turbo which we all know these turbo's rock.
The housing is polished smooth.
The turbo needs a rebuild.

Is this a Limit Engineering & how old?
Is the only reason it needs rebuild is due to it smokes?
T45a is a 66mm-please confirm
Also,what is the exhaust side?

There is no damage to the turbo as far as I know. The car started smoking during a tuning session near my house and it started to smoke. The turbo only has about 3 miles run time putting home to safety and has never been run since.

I may have said the numbeing wrong becuase it is only a 63mm with a .83 housing. Is there some numbers i can read off the housing to you so you can confirm. I want to make sure i don't misrepresent this turbo.

How are you sure its a Te45a?
Is it a big shaft?
Has the wastegate hole been ported?

If its 63mm it is probably a TE45 and not a te45a.

More turbo details after close examination with Fred - Thanks Fred - Good guy!

This is a TE60 turbo. The exhaust wheel is bent, and will need a rebuilt.
So figure 100 for the wheel, and 175 for the rebuild.
My new asking price is $150 which includes the shipping.

Anybody interested PM me. This will make a great backup turbo, or first turbo upgrade after you rebuild.
