T&D rocker install

I got a used set of T&D rockers for stock heads. I see where the pedestals need to be clearanced. Is it something I can do with a grinder or is it best done by a machine shop. TIA

Don't really know your level of machining but it does not take much. I would not do it while the heads were on the engine as you will need to grind away about 1/8" (0.125 inch) on each pedestal and as we know that will make a mess.

Where are you located? I have a fixture and a Bridgeport. I've done many of these.
