whats up with the drivers alwawys having to wear there fire suits no matter what there doing. Saw one today where a guy walks into an auto pats house with a broken part wearing his fire suit, I about pissed my pants laughing at how stuipd some have gotten.

It's called a contractual requirement. Most drivers have do do it to honor contracts with their other sponsors.

I think it's stupid when they interview a driver just after a big race and the first thing he has to do is put on a dumb hat before he can do catch his breath. It's especially noticable on dragraces. The guy just barely climbs out of the car and someone rips off the helmet and shoves a cap on.
