When I go full throttle and then let off I get a loud screech from engine compartment. In park it doesn't do it. I checked turbo and there is no rubbing or heavy play. Thanks

This sounds like a damaged component in the charge air pipework. Check for loose clamps or split hoses / boots. I've had a 90° air boot split, and it sounded like a banshee screaming when the throttle was closed with ANY boost. It was just a tiny split, but the edges would vibrate like a reed when the air blew out.

Sounds like charge air coming back out of the compressor as the throttle blade slams shut. Its a flutter at low boost, but can be one hell of a squeal at wot

I know it's a sore subject. Would a BOV stop that?
