I have 1987 Buick regal turbo.
motor has been rebuilt stock. Currently has 80 miles On rebuilt motor.
new fuel pump
new fuel pressure regulator
replaced all vacuum lines
replaced most sensors
new tps
new computer
new coil and ecm.
scan master says my tps is off. But no mail codes.
fuel pressure is at 42lb with vacc line off.

but when car starts it smokes and smells like lots of gas.
I have new turbotweek chip on the way but I can figure this out.
Any help is greatly appreciated..

do you have some scanmaster data to post up?
At idle
Out cruising

I have at idle. It won’t let me attached the video file. how can I attach it so you can see it?
Don't need a video. Just scroll thru and post the readings.
What chip is in it now?
Mass air meter in backwards?
Water temp gauge reading -34*?
If it's that fat, don't drive it til you get it fixed. It may wash the rings out, kill the brgs, AND the cam.
If you are going to run it, change the oil and filter first.

Also use the scanmaster to check your coolant temperature reading see if it makes sense and isn’t reporting -40F coolant temp.

You haven't got the TT chip yet? If that's the case don't start the car till it arrives.
I am already following you. And I have watched lots of your videos.

I am already subscribed and saw that video I have been watching your videos they have been a great help.. but not this time. Lol still can’t. Figure this one out

Someone chime in on what the fuel pressure is for a stock chip. You've likely got a vacuum leak(s) or pre turbo exhaust leak(s) after the rebuild.

I can see a old injectors not holding and leaking past the seat
Pump the breaks and what for your new chip and injectors from TT
Like Chuck said you are about to hurt your fresh rebuild BAD!

I changed plugs today and lowered fuel pressure to 35psi smoke is very very minimal but now I have high idle.. its idle at 1600 rpm
