Roller rocker install

I purchased a set of roller rockers recently and am looking to install them. Is there a quick guide somewhere that will help me in adjusting the pre-load on them? Like at TDC, I can do cylinders 1, 2, 4, 5 Intake and 2, 3, 5, 6 Exhaust etc?

I figure there has to be something out there like this, but am not able to find it.

Thanks in advance for the help all...

Here's how I did it.

TDC on #1 adjust the following valves,

Exhaust 1 - 5- 6
Intake 1- 2 - 3

Next turn crank over 1 revolution, and adjust the following valves,

Exhaust 2 - 3 - 4
Intake 4 - 5- 6

1/4 turn equals .0125
1/2 turn equals .025
3/4 turn equals .037
1 turn equals .050

Very gently tighten until you cannot spin the push rod with your fingers than tighten a 1/4 to 1/2 turn past zero lash..

That is exactly what I was looking for...
