Roll Racing advice with lock up converter?

So what speed is ideal, how much do I try to brake boost while rolling, how do I know when to shift (no tach), 2nd gear I presume to start and the biggest question, when do i lock it. It pulls so much harder locked but I've heard shifting from 2nd to 3rd while locked is hard on it. Just seems to slip so bad unlocked. You can see my build in my signature. Stock new brakes btw, lol so not sure how much I can brake boost.
 
I've always had good luck brake boosting in second then switching to drive after I am WOT. Lock converter in third. I build as much boost as I can, but my tires have been able to take the hit. Too much boost can blow them off.
