I've got a crank that a machine shop already turned .010 under on the rod bearings...does anybody know of like a .011 or .012 rod bearing so that I can have them fit them to my specs instead of gambling on a .010 bearing?

Typical oversizes for the Buick V6 are: .001, .010, .020, .030" You CAN order custom oversizes. NOT cheap, though. Measure the journal and find out where it falls. If you have more than .0022" clearance, have it re-ground to .020. Tell the grinder that you NEED it to have a .0017" clearance.

Will 20 over on the rods make the crank too weak?

No. The crankshaft in my engine now is .020 / .020 . It has a ton of street driving and has been 11.40 @ 118 at 21lbs. before I got kicked off the track for no roll bar. Run it

Is the maximum clearance on the mains .022 also before regrinding to the next available oversize?

If you mean .0022", then that will work, but is REALLY loose. I shoot for .0017" For a race engine, .0022" is acceptable. Street car, NO.
