Riveted Side Mouldings

Hi all,
Had a question concerning riveted side mouldings. Have read some threads on Adhesive vs. Riveted, taking them on and off, etc etc.
But I just had 2 questions. The riveted seems to be put on by car dealerships, after the factory. So, were dealerships all putting the same brand of riveted side mouldings on, and, if so, can these be purchased anywhere in particular? My car is really clean, but there are a couple flaws in the mouldings and would like to try to deal with that.

He dude how are you doing My question is where do you find the studs and that welding tip or if I go the screw route, where can I find those screws? if you want more details i'll send you youtube demonstration :
