You still got that ceramic resister on the harness near the plug?

crimp a scotch lock to connect the green wires of the factory fan relays together , then hi and low relays will operate together under ecm control
if you want high all the time with key on regardless of engine temp connect the hi speed relay green trigger wire to ground

if you have casper or kirban hotwire harness you already have high speed only under low speed relay control

why would that still be there with ramchargers dual fans , that resistor is part of the stock fan

the ramcharger (valeo -intrepid) fans have two power leads and dont need a resistor to run low speed ,, just apply power to one of the power feeds (yellow or green doesnt matter) and it will run low speed , then apply power to the other power feed wire and it will run high speed
basically the low speed wire pin A (no resistor needed ) goes to one wire on the fan , high speed pin B to other wire on fan, pin c to grounds and it works like factory in hi- low modes , now connect both greens at relays and it will run hi mode when it comes on
