Can't beleive I missed this thread for so long. I looked into that stroker kit a while ago too. Really looking forward to seeing your results. I guess long gone is the idea of a 11 second car. Good luck on the build, sounds like you're pretty close.
I don't have much experience in dropping motors in but I don't mind helping in anyway I can.Plus I would like to use this also as a learning experience and who knows, if we have to do a beer run we can take my old brick to the store
I will surely take you up on that!! It's so funny your "old brick" would be the fastest thing I've ever been in. Before my motor went bad I've only been 13 sec's. On the street I though that was fast.
Haha no worries in do time it'll happen fasure I'am in traffic rite now on my way to mizzis to get my whip he juss installed a powerlogger
I wish I would have known that. I could have helped you install it. It has some very cool features you will like. What are your next plans with your ride if you don't mind me asking (upgrades). Going to the track any time soon?
damn steve ive been M.I.A. for a min and i just seen that you went all out..... you still be talking to tone????..... hollah at me when you start wrenchin ill stop by and give you a hand
Damm I wish i would've know that too, he also installed a 2step for me.Next plan is a heads & cam swap plus this new precision hairdryer sitting in the box.For now I wanna push the envelope with this combo, tune it a little better and then launch this sucker with a pair of slicks and more boost.I'am sure I have a little more left with the slicks and a better 60' trying to make it to the track first weekend in sept.
o yeeaa can't wait to try this new 2step from bob was messing around in front of mizzi's testing it out in the parking lot and it works great so far,,, juss gotta try it out at the track with some real boost
My badd my internet went down last night cause my son hit the standby button on the modem and I juss notice the lights were off on the box I was wondering why I got booted off line lmao.anyway it's a pt67 billet wheel and yea I'am hit you up and round up some other friends at the same time maybe we can all ride up there back to back muscle carsWhat kind of "hair dyer" you running? I will assume it's larger than the 61mm wheel. I want to hit the track with you on your next outting. Just let me know and I will be there.
Lol yea I heard that I definitely recommend the 2step gotta have if you plan on racing at the track. The 2-step is on the wish list. I'm saving up for my converter and percision "after burner" now.
